Terms of service
Last updated 20 August 2026. Operated by Cognaitiv AI PTY LTD.
The service
ChannelPlan is a shared planning tool for video teams: workspaces with boards, lists, and cards. It is currently free to use. If paid plans are ever introduced, these terms will be updated first and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in, including what AI assistants you've connected do on your behalf — you can revoke their access in Settings at any time.
Your content
What you and your team put on your boards is yours. You give us only the licence needed to store it and show it back to you and your workspace members — that's what the service is. Deleting an attachment, card, board, or your account removes the content as described on the privacy page.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to store or share anything unlawful, to attack the service or other people's data, or to send spam through its invitation and notification emails. We can suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
The service is young and will change. We may add, alter, or withdraw features, and we don't promise uninterrupted availability. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
