Boards & cards

Three nouns run the whole app. A board is a pipeline — usually one per channel. A list is a column on that board — a stage like Scripting or Editing. A card is one video or task, and it moves through the lists as the work happens.

Boards

Create one with New board on the Boards screen. Click the board's name to rename it; use the menu on the board for its color, its archived items, and Archive board. Archived boards move to the bottom of the Boards screen, where you can restore them — or delete them permanently, which also deletes everything on them.

The Activity button shows who did what on the board, newest first — including changes made through Claude, which are marked as such.

Lists

Click a list's name to rename it. Drag a list by its header to reorder. The menu on each list archives it — its cards stay with it and come back if you restore it from the board's Archived items.

Cards

Click any card to open it. Everything about the video lives here:

  • Description — hook, outline, script notes. Markdown works: headings, lists, links, code.
  • Due date — your upload date. Overdue cards show a red date chip on the board; due within a day shows amber. Tick Mark done when it's published and the chip turns green.
  • Labels — board-wide colored tags. New boards start with Long-form, Short, Sponsored, and Priority; rename, recolor, or add your own from the Labels menu on any card.
  • Assignees — who owns it. Assigned teammates show as avatars on the card face and get an email notification.
  • Checklists — shot lists, edit passes, publish steps. The card face shows progress like 3/5.
  • Comments — feedback and status updates, with markdown.
  • Attachments — thumbnails, scripts, briefs. Images, PDFs, and common document types up to 4 MB per file. Deleting an attachment also deletes the stored file.
  • Cover — a color band across the card, handy for spotting one video across the room.

Archiving: the Archive button on a card tucks it away without deleting anything; restore it from the board's ⋯ → Archived items. Deleting is only possible on an archived card, and it is permanent.

Filtering and search

Filter on the board narrows what you see by keyword, label, assignee, or due date (overdue, due this week, no due date). It only hides cards — nothing moves.

The search box in the header finds cards by title or description across every board in your workspace.
